  • Body composition: This refers to the proportion of body fat and lean body mass in the body, which can affect overall health and disease risk.
Improving these components of health-related fitness through regular exercise and healthy lifestyle habits can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases, improve overall health and well-being, and enhance quality of life.
